This is a personalized massage therapy for both body and mind is performed by a highly experienced therapist with the use of warm medicated herbal oils. The body massage includes feet, hands,  head and face. Throughout the treatment important energy points are stimulated to ensure maximum relaxation with deep work on muscles and joints with natural stretch. At the end a face and head massage is performed.

Marma massage- life energy massage

Marma points therapy is a traditional Ayurvedic massage technique that helps sustain the energy throughout the body. There are 107 marma points located around the body. Stimulation of these points are supporting the healing process. Deep work on muscles and joints with Ayurvedic herbal oils makes it a very complete massage for all health benefits.

Padabhyanga – foot and leg massage

This massage which not only moisturizes, smoothens and softens the feet but is also highly beneficial for our senses and  lower abdominal organs. Selected energy points are stimulated to stimulate different systems and organs governing the functions of the body and mind.

For those active on their feet this muscle rejuvenating routine from lower back to feet. Front and back of the leg, tones up and strengthens the muscles, joints, tendons and veins.

Pristhtabhyanga – back massage

This therapeutic massage treatment is beneficial for those suffering from localised pain or tightness in the back area. Medicated herbal oils are used with special massage techniques during the treatment that penetrate the skin and promote tissue healing, release pain and tension. The session is completed with some yoga stretching therapy.

Shiroabhyanga – Indian head massage

Indian head massage is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head,neck and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes to improve circulation and stimulate nerves and relieves stress and promotes physical well being.

Pregnancy massage

This session consists of a whole body massage, where both relaxing and gentle strokes are used to relieve pressure from lower back, neck, hips and legs. This massage gives relief for muscle cramps and spasms, pain and tension. Starting with an Indian head massage the mind is quickly set in a state of calm allowing you to fully experience a wonderful soothing touch by a qualified therapist. Pregnancy treatments are available after the first trimester.

Nasya / Karna Purana – nose / ear oiling

Nerve pacifying drips of warm medicated oil, ghee and herbal decoctions are administered in nostrils or ears with gentle steam and/or massage.

Good for seasonal disorders, hay fever, congestion, tinnitus and headaches.

Ayurveda Consultation

Ayurveda consultation enables you to understand your physical, mental and emotional health and illness. It is an assessment of your imbalance via questions, pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, appearance and other physical and emotional examinations. Vedic Astrology

Vedic astrology is your universal information from the planetary situation at the time of your birth which influences your attributes and character. With deep insight, the therapist can look into causes and effects which are coming from the universe. Panchakarma

Panchakarma literally means ‘five detox procedure’ in Sanskrit. It is a transformative ayurvedic therapy to remove toxins and restore the natural constitution of the body.
