Oh its such a great place . The simplicity and authenticity impressed me a lot , food was delicious , rooms to stay were clean, fresh and comfortable . i took an ayurvedic marma massage which was awesome and the teachings of veda and yoga were really practical and easy to understand during the yoga practice . i will love to come to this place again and again . Thanks to yoga guru Ajay ji and his wife for humble treatment during the stay

I went to India, because a friend of mine was studying Veda, yoga and massage in Patnem. When I came at Ajay and his family I knew immediately that I was at the right place. So much knowledge and a drive show people the way in life. I’ve been there a few times now. And my life changed in a great way. I’m much more centered and I feel that I’m in dharma. I would recommend every seeker of the self this place.

I have been practising Yoga in the UK for many years as well as coming to Gurukul to practise with Ajay Sharma since 2014. I find his sessions rewarding & serene, simple but deep. I have attended a course with him on Vedic philosophy & helped him to translate his writing into English. Over the years I have got to know his family & have shared many meals with them. Ajay helped my partner, who has cancer, enormously and encouraged him to live again both bodily & spiritually. We are very indepted to him.

Most Enriching Yoga Classes

I’ve been practicing yoga for the last 20 years and the lesson that Ajay teaches has been the most enriching of them all. He has so much knowledge and makes the yoga class a very spiritual experience. He is very respectful and really lives a yogic life which makes his presence very inspiring.
